How long does my order take to ship?

I ship orders once a week.

How much will it cost to mail me my formula?

I do not add an additional charge on top of postage. If you would like to pickup your formula in person and avoid a shipping charge that can usually be arranged. We’ll talk about how best to get your herbal remedies to you during our appointment.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Im afraid that at the moment I do not.

What is your return policy? 

Once an herbal formula has been shipped it cannot be returned. If a mistake has been made on my end don’t hesitate to reach out and I will correct it immediately. In some cases I will be able to offer a full or partial credit.
